New Accounts: There is no minimum on reorders. Opening orders may be C.O.D. or pre-paid by check or credit card(MC, Visa, Discover, AmEx.). Net 30 terms will be extended with approval of one bank and three trade references. Please allow four to six weeks to process.

Shipping: Normal shipping will be UPS ground unless specified otherwise. There will be additional handling charges for post office shipments.

Prices and styles are subject to change without notice.

Backorders: All backorders will automatically be cancelled after 60 days.

Special Orders: All special orders (style, color changes etc.) will have a $2.00 surcharge for each change. All special orders are subject to availability. Please allow extra time for extra time for manufacture and delivery.

Delivery Time: Please allow four to six weeks for delivery unless specified otherwise in writing by an authorized Gurgle, Inc. representative. Exceptions can be made but must be noted on the sales order and approved by a Gurgle, Inc. representative.

Returns. All claims of defective merchandise must be made within ten working days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within thirty days of invoice date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. The pumps in Gurgle Inc. fountains are guaranteed for one year - please call first with any pump problems.

Damages: Please report any damaged goods to us within ten days of invoice date in order to make arrangements for replacement or credit. Please save all packing materials for return with damaged goods.
